Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Edchart may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the legally prescribed timeframe.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Edchart maintains a strict policy against repeat infringement. Accounts found to repeatedly violate copyright laws may be suspended or permanently terminated.

4. Good Faith & False Claims

Submitting false DMCA claims may result in legal liability. Edchart reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies against knowingly false or fraudulent notices.
